• Full time, permanent contract. Part time considered.
• L9-L13 72,858 - 79,385 per annum
• Leading the quality of teaching & learning within the Science department.
• Teaching KS4 & KS5 Physics, on a reduced timetable
• January 2026 start ideally. Later starts considered.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION - Lead Practitioner of Physics

• Qualified Physics Teacher with UK QTS
• Strong academic ability and experience teaching to KS5
• Experience teaching in high-performing schools beneficial
• A team player who can guide and mentor other teachers
• Prior middle leadership experience beneficial
