A well-regarded primary school within a successful trust in South West London is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic Head of Inclusion and Pastoral (SENCo and Pastoral Lead) to join its leadership team.

The school provides an exciting curriculum and a broad range of extra-curricular opportunities, supported by access to excellent facilities and a strong ethos of high expectations and traditional values.

The successful candidate will play a central role within the leadership team, supporting the Headteacher and providing strategic direction for inclusion, SEND, and pastoral systems. They will ensure that all vulnerable groups - including pupils with SEND, EAL, CLA and those in receipt of Pupil Premium - receive high-quality support to achieve their full potential.

In addition to their leadership responsibilities, the post holder will maintain a teaching commitment, modelling best practice and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding, inclusive provision across the school.
