Job Title:Digital Content Producer (Contract)
Location: West London (3 days onsite per week)
Day Rate: Up to 350
Contract Type: Freelance/Contract (initial 3-6 months)
About the Role
We're working with an experiential agency that needs an experienced Digital Content
Producer to cover immediate project demand while they recruit a permanent team
member.
You'll manage CGI, animation, and digital content projects for corporate events and
brand activations. The work includes video, motion graphics, AR/VR/MR development,
and web/app content.
This is a hands-on production role where you'll need to hit the ground running across
multiple active projects.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of digital content projects from brief through to delivery
- Manage relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout production
- Brief and direct freelance teams (animators, editors, developers)
- Oversee post-production workflows and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate shoots and manage production logistics
- Handle project budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships
- Jump into existing projects and get up to speed quickly
- Support the Head of Digital with ongoing and pipeline work
What You'll Need
Essential:
- 3+ years managing digital content production in an agency environment
- Proven track record delivering CGI and animation projects to deadline and budget
- Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to manage expectations Technical understanding of production workflows (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unity, or equivalents)
- Existing network of reliable freelancers you can bring in if needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping balls
- Experience with live events or experiential work is a strong advantage
Useful:
- Knowledge of event production software (Watchout, Disguise, Pixera)
- Experience producing content for AR/VR/MR applications
- Background in broadcast or live content production
