We’re currently working with a leading, award-winning international insight consultancy that is looking to bring a Proposal Copywriter on board to strengthen their business development efforts. With a global footprint and an impressive client roster across sectors like retail, tech, finance, and media, they deliver high-impact consumer and B2B research projects.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled writer to join their team, focusing on the creation of persuasive, well-structured proposals for both new and existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded copywriter who thrives on turning ideas into winning narratives.
The Role:Working closely with the Head of Client Strategy and senior insight professionals, you will:

Lead the copywriting for client proposals (typically Word or PowerPoint format).

Translate research-focused briefs into clear, compelling content that outlines the agency’s approach, solution, team, deliverables, and value.

Collaborate with a lead researcher on each brief, to provide structure, technical input, and final sign-off.

Liaise with the internal design team to bring proposals to life visually and ensure high-quality presentation.
This role is pivotal in helping the business increase proposal win rates while freeing up senior researchers to focus on strategic delivery.

Strong background in proposal or commercial copywriting, either in-house or freelance.

Ability to craft persuasive narratives for business audiences, across a range of sectors.

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Word – able to structure documents logically and concisely.Â

Confident working with subject matter experts to extract technical detail and reshape it for client-facing communication.

Naturally collaborative, with a keen eye for quality and detail, even under time pressure.

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working at pace.
