Role Overview:


We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager with strong expertise in B2C and eCommerce-focused paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). You will play a crucial role within the paid media team, enhancing client success through strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid social and paid search channels. This is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts to support client revenue growth.
  • Configure and maintain accurate tracking, including pixel/tag implementation, cookie consent management, and server-side tracking setups. A technical understanding is essential for this role.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams located in the UK and South Africa via Google Meet and Slack.
  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to tracking and reporting.
  • Clearly communicate campaign progress, strategies, and results internally and externally.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in paid media, including at least 3 years in an agency environment (or a minimum of 5 years total if exclusively in-house).
  • Expert-level knowledge of paid social platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven technical skills with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Cookiebot, and Stape (or similar cookie management & server-side tracking solutions).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting eCommerce tracking for platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
