- Proactively challenging creative briefs and, where appropriate, leading clients in the development of campaign briefs and strategy
- Planning and briefing projects as requested by the client, taking full responsibility for service delivery
- Ensuring a consistent high level of service is provided by the wider account and agency team, including the creation, presentation and rationale of briefs to the client
- Attending client briefing meetings as and when required, offering advice and support
- Working with the Group Account Director to identify ideas for improvements, reviewing in-store activations where possible
- Maintaining and managing a weekly work in progress schedule (WIP) and weekly update
- Managing system-driven invoicing, obtaining purchase order numbers for all jobs
- Supporting client and internal teams with any post-campaign follow-ups, issue resolution, etc
- Working with the Group Account Director to create any required business or client reporting or forecasting
- Holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications is preferred
- Demonstrating strong project management skills, comfortable working with critical paths and managing expectations and risk
- Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prioritising work effectively to meet client needs
- Showing high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Having experience in business or project reporting
- Displaying good IT literacy
