Account Manager (1-Year Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Account Manager to join our clients team on a temporary basis for maternity cover. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building client relationships and possesses strong organisational skills, ready to handle a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients through various platforms such as Teams, Zoom, phone, and email, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate new relationships and maintain existing ones with key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell a diverse array of open programmes and bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Operational Management: Manage scheduling and planning, adapting quickly to changes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions, including travel arrangements and material preparations.
  • Account Management: Handle client queries and provide ongoing support through effective account management.
  • Documentation and Processing: Oversee the processing of bookings and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain client rapport and ensure all communications are professional and well-organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
