We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Services company for the role of Junior Digital Account Manager. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a national growing organisation that values its people, encourages collaboration, and is passionate about delivering innovative digital solutions. In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communications
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships to influence customer buying behaviour and ensure the service is delivered effectively
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client accounts and support business growth
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and industry best practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the team

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar client-facing digital/IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts and their importance in client account management and digital solution delivery
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships
