The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire sales and life safety systems, with a proven track record of managing accounts and building strong client relationships. This role requires technical knowledge and industry experience along with FIA accreditations.
## Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders- Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet client needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met- Stay updated on industry developments and trends
## Qualifications- Proven experience in fire sales, life safety systems, and gas suppression- Technical knowledge and FIA accreditations- Strong industry experience in a similar role- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills- Proven track record of account management and upselling
## Day-to-day- Engage with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement upselling opportunities- Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met- Stay updated on industry developments and attend relevant training and events
