The Job

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including planning, trafficking, optimisation, and reporting within the company's proprietary DSP

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of programmatic clients across Europe, offering guidance, training, and support

Handle technical setup, including tagging, pixel implementation, and QA, working with internal stakeholders and clients

Analyse campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve outcomes

Build and maintain strong relationships with trading desks, programmatic buyers, and agencies to drive platform adoption
You
-
4+ years' experience in a programmatic, ad tech, or SaaS environment with hands-on campaign management and ad operations exposure

Fluent in English and one other European language (e.g. French, German, or Italian)

Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, campaign optimisation, and performance metrics

Confident communicator with a client-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a hands-on and proactive approach
