The Job

  • Manage the onboarding and success of a portfolio of digital publishing clients, acting as their primary point of contact

  • Support clients through technical configuration, on-page setup, and troubleshooting using platforms like GAM and header bidding solutions

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and data science teams to drive client performance

  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client revenue and suggest product or strategy improvements

  • Lead internal projects within the account management function to improve processes and unlock growth

You

  • 2-3 years' experience in a technical account management or similar role within digital advertising or publishing

  • Strong understanding of digital publishing models and programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience using platforms like Google Ad Manager and Prebid

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Skilled in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and using developer tools to diagnose on-page issues

  • Proactive, commercially-minded, and confident managing client relationships in a fast-paced, evolving environment
