The Job

Manage the onboarding and success of a portfolio of digital publishing clients, acting as their primary point of contact

Support clients through technical configuration, on-page setup, and troubleshooting using platforms like GAM and header bidding solutions

Work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and data science teams to drive client performance

Proactively identify opportunities to grow client revenue and suggest product or strategy improvements

Lead internal projects within the account management function to improve processes and unlock growth
You
-
2-3 years' experience in a technical account management or similar role within digital advertising or publishing

Strong understanding of digital publishing models and programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience using platforms like Google Ad Manager and Prebid

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Skilled in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and using developer tools to diagnose on-page issues

Proactive, commercially-minded, and confident managing client relationships in a fast-paced, evolving environment
