Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury International Laser & Facial Skin Clinic in Chelsea who are looking for a Beauty Laser Therapist to join their friendly team!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Educating and advising clients on our laser facial treatments and skincare product regimen, turning education/advice into sales to maximize company revenue, helping to achieve daily sales targets and providing customers with excellent customer care.
- Create a warm and inviting environment where our customers feel safe, appreciated, and understood.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the reception team on the days scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc. in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Flexibility and cooperation are required.
- To promote high standards of care and customer service with the ability to deliver quality customer services in a very fast paced environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of appointment and/or clinic booking system (Zenoti) is a bonus
- Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry
- Must have a friendly, energetic & engaging personality yet calming presence
- Must be confident & comfortable working with the public
- Computer literate
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player
- Have a passion for skincare
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience performing laser treatments
Full Time or Part Time hours are available.
Full Time Hours are:
- 5 working days (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility to cover both weekdays and weekends; 2 days off on rotation
Part Time Hours are:
- 3 working days (22.5 hours per week ), with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Salary is pro rata for part time
Additional commission earnings to be earned on memberships and product sales!
