If so, our client are on the hunt for a Private Clients Account Handler to join their growing team!

Your Private Clients Account Handler Role:

As an Account Handler, you play a critical role in supporting Private Clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations. You will collaborate closely with clients, underwriters, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and exceptional service. Duties involved:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solution
  • Assist clients with policyenquiries, changes, and renewals.
  • Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms for clients.
  • Analyseclients' risk profiles and insurance needs to identify gaps and opportunities for coverage improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
  • Ensure clients' insurance policies comply with industry regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Keep clients informed about changes in regulations and their implications
  • Maintain accurate and organisedelectronicclient files and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Collaborate withcolleaguesto support business growth.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, coverage options, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressingenquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through attentive service.
  • Conduct peer quality checks on documentation and files, as required by the business to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance efficiency.

Our Ideal Private Clients Account Handler:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and industry regulations, within the Private Clients/High Net Worth sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in policy management and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency inActurisinsurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with industry standards.

Salary: Up to £40k depending on experience

This is an Office based at our clients offices in Finchley, London, N3

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
