SSA are recruiting for an Area Managerto join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working as part of their Thames Water framework, working on developer services projects across North London.
The Site Agentwould be responsible for:
- Managing day to day site operations
- Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company & industry health & safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline
- Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works
- Management of plant, materials, and site labour
- Subcontractor liaison and management
- Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc
- Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
