Maintenance Coordinator – Special Projects & Sustainability

Join a forward-thinking housing organisation and play a key role in delivering essential repairs and sustainability projects that make a real difference to residents and communities.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to provide top-notch admin and coordination support across our Special Projects and Sustainability teams. You’ll be the go-to person for managing damp and mould cases, Plentific repairs, and surveyor referrals, keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a 12-week temporary role (initially), reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader and working closely with a friendly, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient admin and coordination support to the Special Projects and Sustainability teams

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams

  • Manage and track damp and mould cases, repairs, and surveyor referrals

  • Keep accurate records and ensure timely communication and updates

  • Collaborate across departments to support smooth delivery of maintenance services

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong admin and organisational skills

  • Great communication and teamwork

  • The ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset

  • Experience in repairs or maintenance (a big plus!)
