FlightsCoordinatorDutiesandResponsibilities:

Bookandmanageflightreservationsforcustomersjoiningescortedgrouptours,ensuringalignmentwithtourstartandenddates

Coordinategroupairblocksaswellasindividualbookings,dependingoncustomerneeds

Assistingtheaviationteambymanagingflightcancellationsandschedulechanges,ensuringtimelyrebookingandclearcommunicationtoourclients.

Resolveissuesproactivelytominimizedisruptiontotourparticipation

FlightsCoordinatorExperienceRequired:

Experiencebookingflightsinatravelagency,touroperator,orsimilarenvironment.

StrongknowledgeofGDSsystems(Amadeuspreferred).

Ticketingexperienceisnotnecessary-someonewhoisproficientwithaGDSandaquicklearner

Excellentorganisationalskillsandattentiontodetail

Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.

Acustomer-firstmindsetwithaproactive,solution-orientedattitude.
