An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join one of Londons most prestigious 5-star luxury hotels. This iconic property is renowned for its elegant design, impeccable service standards, and world-class guest experience.
As Duty Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and supporting all departments to maintain the highest levels of service excellence.
About the role:
- Oversee hotel operations during your shift, acting as the senior manager on duty
- Lead and support Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services teams
- Resolve guest queries and service challenges promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular property walks and ensure brand standards are maintained
- Manage daily reports, handovers, and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
About You
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a 4 or 5 hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
- Confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
