We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Duty Manager to join our 141-room lifestyle hotel. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a non-traditional hospitality environment where the focus is on genuine guest connection rather than conventional front desk routines.
Our property operates with self-check-in kiosks, allowing our team to dedicate their full attention to creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a manager who is hands-on, visible on the floor, and able to lead by example.
About the role
Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure
Motivate and lead the team to achieve the highest standards of service
Handle all guest concerns and complaints; record and resolve them promptly
Respond to all guests reviews on TripAdvisor and OTAs websites
Work with management team to assess and improve processes and policies
About you:
Previous role as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in the hotel industry
Friendly and positive can-do attitude
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and have strong organisational skills
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
What you can expect
