This role would suit a design led candidate with a "can do" attitude, who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects. Schemes generally go up to 25m in value and include UK and international work. Projects include staging and film sets, exhibitions, high end bespoke residential, industrial and logistics work for big name clients and work for top names in the retail industry. Projects are often one off schemes which involve a caring, collaborative and thinking approach.

This design consultancy is really going places. They are growing and this Associate level role will suit a candidate who wants to work for a business where people really count, engineering and excellent design are key. You will need to be able to run projects, deal with sensitive clients and mentor more junior staff. The firm plans to continue expanding over the next few years. They currently employ 12 staff and longer term would like to get up to around 30.

People are very important to the ethos of the firm. They work in a trust based environment, where individuals really count, staff turnover is very low and a happy work place with a good work/life balance is considered important to all.
