Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer

Our client is a London-based specialist in Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering tailored BMS solutions for some of the most prestigious and complex projects across the capital. From new builds and retrofits to high-end office fit-outs, healthcare facilities, data centres, historic estates, and university buildings.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in commissioning and completing BMS installations across a range of high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities

Commission and complete BMS installations on new and existing projects

Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and MEP designs with confidence and accuracy

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery

Make adjustments to pre-configured software and graphics as required

Deliver work to the highest technical and professional standards
About You

Experienced in commissioning Building Management Systems, ideally with Schneider StruxureWare exposure

Familiar with Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or Distech systems (advantageous)

Strong ability to work independently and within a project team

Flexible to travel to sites across Central London and surrounding areas

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
