Our client is a London-based specialist in Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering tailored BMS solutions for some of the most prestigious and complex projects across the capital. From new builds and retrofits to high-end office fit-outs, healthcare facilities, data centres, historic estates, and university buildings.

The Role
We are seeking a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in commissioning and completing BMS installations across a range of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission and complete BMS installations on new and existing projects

  • Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and MEP designs with confidence and accuracy

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery

  • Make adjustments to pre-configured software and graphics as required

  • Deliver work to the highest technical and professional standards

About You

  • Experienced in commissioning Building Management Systems, ideally with Schneider StruxureWare exposure

  • Familiar with Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or Distech systems (advantageous)

  • Strong ability to work independently and within a project team

  • Flexible to travel to sites across Central London and surrounding areas

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
