BMS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (CONTRACT)
London | 6 months | 300 - 400 per day
We're working with a market-leading BMS Controls company who are seeking experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers to deliver key projects across London.
The role will focus heavily on commissioning new and upgraded BMS systems, while also supporting with occasional service, maintenance and fault-finding tasks. Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or StruxureWare is highly desirable, but training will be provided where needed.
Key responsibilities:
Commissioning and optimisation of new and existing BMS systems.
Ensuring systems perform to specification and client requirements.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults during commissioning.
Preparing accurate commissioning reports and handover documentation.
Providing technical support and maintaining strong client relationships.
What we're looking for:
Strong background in BMS commissioning (service/maintenance exposure beneficial).
Hands-on experience with at least one system: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, StruxureWare.
Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently across London, the M25 and wider South East.
