Location: Fulham, SW London, SW6
Salary: 32,000 - 33,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm (overtime available)
Driving Licence required (3 points or less)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ergonomic Assessments: Conduct detailed evaluations of client workspaces, identifying ergonomic risks and recommending tailored solutions such as chairs, desks, and other essential equipment.
- Client Interaction: Listen to clients' concerns, understand their specific needs, and provide expert advice with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Furniture Installation: Assemble and install bespoke workstations, ensuring clients are familiar with their new equipment for optimal use.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, installations, and client specifications to track improvements and inventory.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, addressing any concerns or special requests clients may have throughout the process.
Skills Required:
- Ergonomic Expertise: Experience in conducting assessments and recommending ergonomic solutions is a plus, but not essential.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong listening skills and empathetic communication are key to understanding and addressing clients' needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with setting up and adjusting workplace furniture and equipment.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Creative in identifying workspace challenges and developing effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in assessing needs and installing furniture is crucial.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift and move furniture as needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to convey ergonomic concepts clearly.
- Professionalism and Approachability: Friendly demeanor to ensure clients feel comfortable discussing their needs.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License: No more than 3 points is desirable.
