Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking areliable, detail-oriented Electrical Repair & Remedialengineer with exceptional communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, completing remedial work to a high standard, and providing clear, proactive updates to customers and team members. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and remedial work in residential and/or commercial environments.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify faults, safety concerns, and non-compliance issues.
  • Interpret electrical reports, test results, and work orders to determine necessary corrective actions.
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, office staff, and other technicians regarding job progress, findings, and next steps.
  • Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements or upgrades.
  • Provide accurate time estimates, manage workloads efficiently, and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be willing to travel around London and surrounding areas to complete jobs
  • Candidate must have a full UK driver's license
