Are you a driven Structural Engineer looking for a great opportunity with an up-and-coming firm?

Our client is a growing structural and civil engineering consultancy delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the residential and commercial sectors. Their work spans private homes through to mid and high-rise buildings to 5M+.

As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their technical team to meet the evolving demands of the Building Safety Act, with a particular focus on High-Risk Buildings.

To deliver this requirement they are seeking a structural engineer who is working towards Chartership and can bring drive and ambition to the team.

About you:

  • Strong experience designing mid and high-rise buildings in a variety of materials
  • Experience of inspecting and assessing existing buildings
  • Motivated by technical excellence and meaningful reporting
  • Able to have a strong influence within ambitious team
  • Strong technical skills across concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
  • Proficient in structural inspections, assessments, and report writing
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and remotely
  • Effective communicator, able to represent the company professionally on site and with clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to structural reporting for HRBs under the Building Safety Act
  • Undertake inspections and condition assessments of existing structures
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to gather information and deliver technical outputs
