Construction Director
Construction Director opportunity working for a tier one main contractor in London.
This is a senior role for an experienced Construction Director to sit on the Senior leadership team reporting into the MD and working across all projects in the region with a focus on driving consistency, standards and improvement on project delivery.
This is an exciting role for a true builder who takes great pride in delivery, operational excellence, someone who can identify problems and get involved in all departments.

The ideal Construction Director
* The ideal Construction Director will come from an operations background and be very strong on project planning, programming, quality, sustainability, health and safety.
* Have a good understanding of design and must know how to do sequencing, metrics and know production rates from a planning perspective.
* Experience working for a tier 1 main contractor and have core people management and leadership skills.

Construction Director responsibilities:
* Communicate with all departments across all projects and scrutinise programme, ensure engineering excellence and provide functional leadership.
* Highlight all the issues and then pass to regional director to rectify and then inform the MD.
* Drive consistency, standards and improvement.
* Drive focus and develop opportunities to enhance our delivery and customer offering by exploring industry best practice.

Salary
180,000 - 200,000 + package
