Architect, London
Permanent Position, Hybrid
Our client is a friendly and cohesive architectural practice with expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors. Their projects range from internal remodelling, large scale multi-storey additions through to multi-million pound new builds that are typically from 1m-25m in value. They maintain close client contact throughout all stages of their projects and they have established long-term relationships with many clients across the South East. Alongside this, their architectural team provide an extensive skill base that delivers high quality design and experienced delivery for a successful completion.
They are now looking for an recently qualified Architect or experienced Part2 to join their team in a role that will provide an opportunity to learn and grow your skills and experience.
The Primary requirements:-
Architect or Part2 (3 years +) who has experience with healthcare, laboratory, education or other complex building projects.
Experience in projects of value 500K to 25 million
Accomplished at design and delivery stages using both AutoCAD and Revit.
Client facing or coordination experience.
A desire to take on responsibility in a supportive environment that encourages growth and professional development.
NHS ADB experience is beneficial.
