Our client a leading construction companyare currently looking for a Bid Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will beworking alongsideinternal teamsand supply chain partners,leading bids from the identification of opportunities through the complete lifecycle of the bid process, ensuring all proposals are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Leading and managing business critical project and framework bids.
• Taking ownership and accountability for the performance and deliverables of specific project/framework Bid Teams.
• Leading, managing bid strategy/win themes
• Inputting into planning, programming, and the development of construction methodologies.
• Delivering high quality bids presenting the offer in response to client specific requirements/needs.
• Supporting thePre-construction Manager with bid evaluations, governance, and ensuring the relevant resources are in place
