CDM Principal Designer

A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with an established CDM team are seeking a proficient CDM Principal Designer, they are known for promoting from within so they enjoy hiring an ambitious character. You would work from their social and scenic London office twice a week.

If you are looking to pick up a diverse project experience then I would apply right away, you would work with clients who are house-hold names, to iconic sports teams. This consultancy would offer experience across the board of their projects.

CDM Principal Designer Responsibilities

As a CDM Consultant you will act as Principal Designer, advising clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead within Design meetings.

CDM Principal Designer should possess

• 2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required)
• NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (required)
• TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
• APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
• Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (preferred)
