My client is one of the leading fit out contractors that operate across the UK and after a successfully project win, they are now looking for a Construction Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis, for the right person this can lead to a permanent opportunity.
They are now seeking a Construction Manager to work on this scheme managing a commercial fit out scheme, this is a large scheme which spans across 250,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, the project value itself is 175M in value. You will need to have a, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work and have extensive experience working on commercial fit out schemes as a Construction Manager with ideally tier 1 Main Contractors on projects over the value of 50M.
