Junior Creative Designer Temp 0818

Our client, a leading global e-commerce company, is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join a fast-moving international project focused on creating engaging, affordable online shopping experiences across Fashion, Home, Lifestyle, and Electronics. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a design professional at the early stage of their career to gain hands-on experience in digital design, working across multiple European markets and contributing to a new, innovative platform from the ground up. 

The position is on a temporary basis for six months and is fully office based.  

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting the localization and adaptation of visual assets for multiple EU markets. 
• Assisting in reformatting existing designs for various digital platforms and formats. 
• Creating high-quality visuals that align with established brand guidelines. 
• Collaborating closely with senior designers and wider creative teams. 
• Learning and applying generative AI tools to streamline the design process. 
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as graphic design/visual communication.  
• Previous experience in design and a strong portfolio demonstrating layout and visual skills. 
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design systems. 
• Organised and proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to different markets and take initiative. 
• Experience localising content for different territories or working in digital marketing is desirable.
