- The role involves assisting in the development of design proposals for residential-led new urban quarters and preparing feasibility studies and planning applications.
- A salary of £30,000 to £35,000 is offered, with additional advantages for those with Stage 4 experience or Revit proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have worked on similar developer led residential schemes and will have experience preparing feasibility studies and planning applications at outline and detailed planning stages on UK projects. Some Stage 4 experience would be advantageous. You will require excellent design and communications skills and you will need to be proficient with the Adobe Suite and SketchUp. Revit experience would be advantageous.
