A vibrant and design-focused architectural practice based in Central London is seeking a skilled Project Architect to join its collaborative and growing team. Known for delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, this studio offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from concept to completion
Oversee design development, planning applications, and technical delivery
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and reports
Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policy
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive studio culture

Experience Required:

ARB-registered architect with proven UK-based project experience
Strong design and technical skills across all RIBA stages
Proficient in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)
Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities
Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
