A dynamic, design-focused architectural studio based in Central London is looking for a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering innovative projects across the residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, this practice offers the opportunity to take ownership of exciting schemes through all RIBA stages in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead projects from concept to completion
Develop designs, manage planning applications and oversee technical delivery
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications and documentation
Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policy
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio environment

Skills & Experience:

ARB-registered Architect with proven experience on UK-based projects
Strong design and technical capabilities across all RIBA work stages
Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset
