Conrad Consulting have partnered with a Chartered Architectural practice based in South West London that are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team
If you are a Project Architect with around 3-5 years post qualification UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant high end residential within a small talented team this could be the opportunity to heighten your career
The successful Project Architect candidate will Primarily work on projects through the full project lifecycle, Have a good understanding of current building regulations and construction methods, Strong knowledge of the private residential sector within London and be innovative across both design and technical stages
This will be an opportunity to work with a growing practice that you can help shape and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements for the Successful Project Architect are:
- Minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in UK practice
- Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
- ARB registered
- Thorough understanding of building regulations and UK construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe packages
- Demonstratable experience within the Residential sector
- Experience running projects from concept to completion
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
The successful Project Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of 45,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience as well as generous company benefits and opportunities for progression
