An opportunity has arisen for a Project Architect with 5 years’ residential experience to join a well-established architectural firm. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

As a Project Architect, you will be leading bespoke residential projects from early design through to delivery on site.

They are looking for someone to start immediately.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as an Architect, Principal Architect, Associate Architect, Senior Architect, Lead Architect or in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of post-Part 3 experience, in high-end residential houses in London
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages
  • Strong technical drawing skills with the ability to produce a complete set of construction drawings
  • Proven success navigating planning applications within London boroughs
  • Confident using Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of interior architecture, FF&E, and material specification
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and compliance standards
