A dynamic and design-led architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative team. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, this studio offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion
  • Oversee design development, planning submissions and technical delivery
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policy
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Requirements:

  • ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience
  • Strong design and technical abilities across all RIBA stages
  • Proficient in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset
