A dynamic and design-led architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative team. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, this studio offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion
Oversee design development, planning submissions and technical delivery
Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policy
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Requirements:

ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience
Strong design and technical abilities across all RIBA stages
Proficient in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset
