Location: London

Salary: £50-55,000

A design-led architectural studio in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative and creative team. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative work across the residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, the practice offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-quality projects from concept through to completion. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from initial concept to final delivery

  • Prepare and develop designs, manage planning applications, and oversee technical packages

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders

  • Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture

Skills & Experience:

  • ARB-registered Architect with demonstrable experience on UK-based projects

  • Strong design sensibility and technical expertise across all RIBA stages

  • Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential

  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

  • Confident communicator with excellent leadership and coordination skills

  • Hands-on, proactive approach and a team-oriented mindset
