Responsibilities Senior Architect:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages
  • Develop and present design proposals using Revit and other design software
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery
  • Engage in client meetings and contribute to the development of strong client relationships
  • Maintain high standards of design, technical detail, and compliance with building regulations

Requirements:

  • ARB registered Architect with significant experience in a UK-based practice
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations
