Senior Colour Designer

Are you a Senior Colour Designer with a passion for creating innovative, modern colour and material design for the automotive industry? This role is a fix term position for 12 months.

In this role, you will take the lead on colour design projects, working closely with the group to develop creative, forward-thinking design solutions that shape the look and feel of future vehicles. You'll be responsible for researching and proposing new materials and finishes, managing colour design themes from concept to final release, and ensuring projects meet both creative and cost objectives. You'll also mentor peers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong communication with global stakeholders.

Ideally you will educated to a Bachelor's degree in Art & Design (or equivalent), alongside hands-on experience within the automotive industry and an understanding of current design and material trends. Technical knowledge of material manufacturing processes and colour feasibility would also be of interest.
