Senior Graphic Designer
- Contract Type:6 Months Via Umbrella
- Location: London (Farringdon) with occasional travel to other sites
- Working Environment: Flexible hybrid - 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
- Compensation: 400- 450 Per day
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team on a freelance rolling basis. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a dynamic brand across a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality design execution and contributing to the overall creative direction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute creative assets for a variety of channels, including digital, social, display, print, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and art directors to understand objectives, target audiences, and help define design direction.
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating the rationale behind your ideas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members including junior designers and copywriters.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
What We're Looking For
- A strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual communication, storytelling, and brand building.
- Proven ability to translate complex propositions into simple, audience-centric creative assets.
- Flexibility to adapt across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience designing for a variety of digital and print formats.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
Must Have
- 4-8 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace (especially Google Slides), Asana, and Slack.
- Awareness of current design trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- A proactive mindset, open to new tools, software, and evolving ways of working.
