Senior Interior Designer Job in London

A Senior Interior Designer job is available with a leading London interior design studio shaping hospitality and restaurant spaces. This is your opportunity to lead projects, deliver award-winning projects.

An established London-based interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality and restaurant projects. With a collaborative culture and a commitment to design excellence, the team prides itself on innovation, detail, and fostering long-term client relationships.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare concept designs for Director review and client presentations
  • Develop full design concepts, storyboards and InDesign layouts
  • Confidently communicate ideas through sketches, digital drawings and presentations
  • Lead projects through detailed design and delivery
  • Produce and oversee technical drawings and packages in AutoCAD
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Attend site meetings, mock-up reviews and manage snagging processes
  • Oversee multiple projects or project areas simultaneously
  • Ensure all designs align with budgets, programmes and studio standards
  • Drive projects forward with a proactive and problem-solving approach.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in interior design
  • Proven track record leading projects from concept to completion
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and hospitality design standards
  • Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor team members
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
