Our Client is seeking a talented and innovative Design Manager based in South Woodford,to lead our creative team in delivering exceptional digital design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design principles and project management, with a passion for creating engaging user experiences. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that design projects align with our brand vision and business objectives.

Our client delivers projects in the leisure, education, retail, healthcare, and housing sectors and have built a strong reputation for completing projects on time with maximum client satisfaction time and time again.

This role will specifically focus on the Leisure Sector

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to foster creativity and professional development.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development to create cohesive design strategies.
  • Utilise tools such as Adobe After Effects, Balsamiq, and Drupal to produce visually compelling designs.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to streamline project workflows and enhance team productivity.

Experience
