Our client is a major utilities contractor delivering a variety of HV and EHV schemes in the varied and growing energy market. Milford RES has been asked to source an established electrical design manager to oversee HV engineering works nationally.

The successful applicant will be acting in a leadership role, overseeing engineering designs within the HV electrical engineering market.

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experienced electrical design manager
  • Extensive HV (132kv and above) experience is essential
  • You will have a wide range of substation, National Grid, DNO, IDNCO and ICP experience
  • You must be degree qualified in electrical engineering
  • You will have line management experience
  • Applicants must be autonomous, professional and comfortable dealing with senior industry stakeholders
  • You must be based in the UK and fully eligible to work in the UK
