A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor and Tier 1 MEP Contractor is seeking a mechanically-led MEP Design or Mechanical Design Manager for a significant project in SW London.
Candidates should have a proven track record in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mechanical & Electrical contracting or Tier 1 Main contracting, with experience in shell & core, Pharma/Lifesciences, Data Centers, or Commercial fit-out.
The project is high-profile and mission-critical, valued at £200 million with an MEP value of £60 million.
This role offers a substantial opportunity to join a top 10 high-profile project and collaborate with a fully resourced professional project team.
Candidates are expected to have relevant experience, and while there may be options for 1-2 days of hybrid work, it will depend on the suitability of the candidate.

Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor and Tier 1 MEP Contractor urgently require a mechanicallyled MEP Design or Mechanical Design Manager for a notable scheme in SW London.

Ideally you will have a proven track record working in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mechanical & Electrical contracting orTier 1 Main contracting space.

You will need to have worked either in the shell & core arena or Pharma/Lifesciences or Data Centers or Commercial fit-out. This a key project, high profile misison criticalscheme with a 200m value with a 60m MEP Value.
