My client is seeking a confident, motivated, and experienced Senior Art Broker to join there sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for contemporary art and a proven track record in high-end sales or investment brokerage. Youll play a key role in developing client relationships, driving revenue, and supporting the development of junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert warm inbound leads into art investors and collectors
Close high-value deals and nurture long-term client relationships
Train, mentor, and support junior consultants in sales techniques and product knowledge
Attend in-person meetings and gallery events as required
Contribute to the sales strategy and growth of the gallery's client base
What They Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales, brokering, or investment advisory role
Strong closing ability and confident phone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for contemporary art and an understanding of the art market is a strong advantage
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional
What They Offer:
£24,000 basic salary + generous commission
OTE £90K+ achievable in Year 1
