PFI Asset Manager

We are delighted to be recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager to join our client’s team. This is a key role with responsibility for the effective management and optimisation of a portfolio of PFI assets.

Summary:
As the PFI Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the total facilities management (TFM) services across multiple PFI sites, ensuring contractual compliance, driving performance, and maximising asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are fully compliant with PFI standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and audits of FM service delivery.
  • Produce regular reports and ensure accurate completion of internal trackers and regional data submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including SPVs, service providers, and public sector partners.
  • Monitor project financials and support the delivery of variations and lifecycle projects.
  • Oversee contractual and financial delivery of minor works and lifecycle replacement programmes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Significant experience in a senior facilities management role with responsibility for PFI contracts, ideally in healthcare or education settings (essential).
  • Thorough understanding of PFI contractual frameworks, lifecycle obligations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
