The Role as a Psychology Graduate Assistant:

  • Work as a Psychology Graduate Assistant supporting students with SEN/SEMH in their academic, social and emotional development
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils and support those who require additional support
  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources
  • Ensure student welfare and safeguarding is maintained
  • Support class teachers and other staff members with behaviour management
  • Opportunities to work in specialist SEN classrooms in some schools
