KEY DUTIES
- Lead and manage strategic insight projects, guide teams, nurture talent, and build strong client relationships.
- Deliver commercially focused, story-led outputs, combining methods, strategic thinking, and confident client presentations.
- Drive business growth through proposals, innovation, internal improvements, and thought leadership across industry platforms.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Over five years' experience with broad client and category exposure.
- Skilled qual practitioner, detail-focused yet strategic, adaptable, and effective in mixed method project teams.
- Leads client growth, writes winning proposals, develops talent, and brings added value through specialist methodologies.
