As our Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving our success. You will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring every potential client receives a prompt and professional response. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all incoming enquiries on the same day
- Logging leads and enquiries to support internal data capture and reporting
- Efficiently managing the team's diary and conducting necessary follow-ups
- Elevating current processes and developing new ones to streamline the sales process
- Achieving KPIs related to daily activity, pipeline management, and conversion rates
- Assist in achieving new workstation sales targets and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
- Provide accurate information on pricing and availability to brokers, agents, and prospective clients
- Ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and legal structures as needed
- Build and nurture relationships with external intermediaries, such as the Broker community and Commercial Real Estate Agents
