Job Summary:

QualitestGroup UK are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to selling our IT consulting services and solutions, leveraging excellent communication skills and sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.

The role will offer real progression in the world of Professional Services IT Sales, The role would suit someone from a Tele sales background IE: Agency IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, industry events).

Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement:

Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present appropriate IT solutions.

Sales Process Management:

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market and Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Maintain a deep understanding of our IT consultancy services and solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Use CRM software to manage and document sales activities and client interactions.

Experience:

Sales/Client facing role, Preferably Tele Sales

Have a genuine Interest in Technology

Actively wants to progress in Sales and push career forward.

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
